At JSP METAL SERVICES MORAVA, we combine expertise in stainless steel surface treatment with capacity for individual parts and high-volume orders. We propose a suitable process based on your components and the required result. Every pickled or blasted component undergoes final inspection before handover.

At our premises, we offer pickling and passivation by immersion or spraying, degreasing, glass bead blasting and subsequent protective treatment of blasted surfaces. By agreement, we also carry out pickling and passivation at the customer’s premises.

Components ready for the next stage
Every pickled or blasted component undergoes final quality inspection. We check surface cleanliness and treatment quality so that you receive products ready for the next stage of your project.
Fast processing to support your production schedule
Orders are usually processed within 2 working days. Shift operation and multiple workstations allow us to respond flexibly to your requirements. We agree the specific deadline according to the order scope and required surface treatment.
Handling large and heavy components
We have forklifts with a lifting capacity of up to 9 000 kg and cranes used during pickling with a capacity of 10 000 kg. Supplied products are stored in covered areas.
Surface protection during transport
We pack components individually to protect them against scratching and contamination during transport and subsequent handling. Standard protective packaging is included in the surface treatment price. Special packaging can also be prepared to your requirements on request.
Workplaces are equipped to meet environmental protection and occupational hygiene requirements.
