We provide pickling, passivation and glass bead blasting for oversized stainless steel components and weldments. We choose the processing method according to the dimensions, design and required surface treatment.

Facilities for large and heavy components
Forklifts with a lifting capacity of up to 9 000 kg and cranes used during pickling with a capacity of 10 000 kg. Supplied products are stored in covered areas.

Facilities for large parts and large orders
A large weldment requires suitable technology, space and carefully planned handling. At our Litovel site, we combine high-capacity facilities with surface treatment inspection. We process over 1 000 tonnes of stainless steel annually — from small components to oversized parts.
Every part inspected
We inspect surface cleanliness and treatment quality before handover. Every pickled or blasted part undergoes final inspection, regardless of size.
Protecting the finished surface
Parts are stored in covered areas. Standard protective packaging is included in the surface treatment price. Protection for oversized components is agreed according to their design and transport requirements.
From drawing to a suitable solution
Send the dimensions, weight, a photo or drawing and the required surface treatment. We will assess access to the surfaces, handling options and suitable technology. We will agree the process, timing and handover conditions with you in advance.
We process individual parts and repeat production series. We also handle enquiries for international projects.
Delivery date agreed in advance
We usually process orders within 2 working days. For oversized components, we confirm the specific date according to the scope of work, design and required treatment.
We are available for receiving and handing over orders Monday to Friday, 6:00–18:00.
